Meals are freshly prepared using organic and biodynamic products from local farms, where possible, depending on the season. Meals at Connect are mostly vegetarian. Vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free options are available upon request.
Participants, volunteers and staff eat meals together and will occasionally help out in the kitchen with food-preparation and dishwashing.
The participation fee includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner served on campus.
