Wednesday the 5th of April: Helena Maryns: Salutogenesis, the art and science of
“How can I support people in staying healthy? And what can I do in preventing illness?” These are two questions Helena asks herself multiple times a day in her practice as an anthroposophical inspired doctor. These are opposite questions that are being asked in the more classical way of thinking of a medical doctor.
They focus more on the factors that make us ill and how to to fight against illness.

Friday the 7th of April: Luc Vandecasteele: Are you your brain or do you use it? Exploring identity
Are we our brain? Or are we something else, and do we use our brain? Are we the result of our genetic material plus the sum of influences from our education?
Or is there any third factor in us that is not identical with both of these? And, very important: what is identity? What or who defines our identity? In our time of cosmopolitism, interculturality and so called diversity, this is a crucial question. Luc is an anthroposophical inspired medical doctor and will guide you through these questions with his knowledge and experience.
